There are two challenges that led me to get out this strawberry stamp from Technique Tuesday, Addicted to CAS #186 – “berry” and the Library Challenge #61 – book this time is “Layered.”
The top white panel is die cut and raised over a white card base that I softly sponged some color behind. The strawberry image is colored with Copic markers and then cut out. I chose the “Sweet birthday wishes” sentiment to go with the cake that is on the cover of the book!
Actually, my original intention had been to make something strawberry themed for the layered challenge but I couldn’t make it work… Your card works beautifully – the strawberries look pretty and delicious and I love the die cutting behind. Thanks for joining The Library.
