I combined two challenges to come up with this card, Color My Heart Color Dare #396, and the Tic Tac Toe Challenge #66. You can see the tic tac toe and the color boards below.
To make the background I used a piece of mint colored card stock and a dauber with white ink to create the circles. I wrapped some twine around it and then mounted it on some white glitter paper. The butterfly was stamped with my Misti, I colored it, then added a layer of sparkle.
This is gorgeous! I love the butterfly, but your background is really quite clever and perfect for the colors you used! Very soft and serene! Thanks for playing with my Tic Tac Toe grid this week!
