The first day of fall is September 22, and that is what our new challenge at Festive Friday (#oo67) is recognizing. We have come up with an Inspiration List of 10 things that were inspired by the first day of fall, and the challenge is to choose at least 3 of them to use for creating your card or project. Rembember – you do not have to follow the fall theme – your 3 items can lead any where you want!
When creating my card I chose to use a squirrel, leaves, and plaid.
The stamps I used are from a set made by My Favorite Things. I colored the images with Copic markers and fussy cut. Before mounting them on my card I die cut an oval and did a little sponging with brown ink to create a backdrop for my images. I finished it off by heat embossing a greeting for the bottom.
