Thanksgiving for Festive Friday

It’s time for a new challenge at Festive Friday, and the festivity we are recognizing for #FF0072 is Thanksgiving. The list below has ideas that were inspired by Thanksgiving, however, the card you create only requires that you use any three of those ideas. The theme of your card can be whatever you choose!

The three items I chose as inspiration for my card were pumpkins, wood, and water coloring.

I colored and cut the images from a stamp set by My Favorite Things. To create a scene for them I made a water colored background and added a “wood” fence and some clouds. A few little pumpkins finished it off!

  1. Adorable, Melanie! I love how you colored these hard working little mice. This is one of those sweet cards that brings a smile to your face. LOVE it!

  2. I always love to see these little mice, and you have used them wonderfully on your card. Love the paper you used for the fences, your watercolor wash background, and your coloring is awesome.
