Hello! Today is the start of our new challenge at The Paper Funday Challenges, which always has a theme of anything goes, this month there is an optional twist of love is in the air.

I have been anxious to share my card, I had so much fun coloring all these cute “Cats in Hats!” We are being sponsored by two great digital stamp companies, Besties, and Hetty Clare, which is where the image I used is from.

I colored the image with Copic markers, then die cut it with a rectangle sized for slimline cards. I had to do a little cutting around the hats so they wouldn’t be cut off and would go over the edge of the rectangle. I then made a background with a scalloped die on some coordinating paper before mounting them both on a slimline card base. I left just enough room on the left side to add a sentiment.
