National Cookie Day for Festive Friday

Happy Friday! What a great festivity we are recognizing for our new challenge – National Cookie Day! We made a list of 10 items inspired by our festivity. To join our challenge just choose 3 (or more) of those items to use on your card or project. If you want to follow the theme of the festivity that’s great, but you are free to use the items for any theme you want.

The QUICK and SIMPLE details for my project: The stamp is from My Favorite Things, one of the images from their Pure Innocence line. I first stamped it on the brown paper to make the chair, then ran it through in an embossing folder to give it some texture and then cut it out. I stamped the image again on white and colored it with Copic markers. I fussy cut just around the girl and adhered her to the brown chair. The sentiment is from a different set by My Favorite Things called “Cookie Crumbs.” I decided to use it on a tag so I could tie it on a bag of cookies to give to a friend.
