Winter Sketch Challenge

Hello! I made this card for the new challenge starting at Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge (#450). When I saw this sketch I thought of this stamp I have of these three stacked snowmen. That led me to use one of my snowflake die cuts for the image on the side. Since I usually have a few thank you cards to send out after Christmas I decided to use a thank you sentiment instead of one for Christmas or the holidays.

I was also inspired by the challenge at Color My Heart Color Dare (#473), which is a tic-tac-toe board. I used the middle column (desert rose, silver, and glacier) with the only additional colors of wisteria and sapphire.

Joining in at Little Red Wagon #630 for their “Let It Snow” challenge.

Finally joining in at the Tic Tac Toe Challenge (#142) – using the middle column (snowflakes, free, winter)

  1. Oh wow – I love the stacked snowmen for the sketch! The colours are unusual for snowmen but they work really well. Thanks for sharing with us at Colour Dare 🙂

  2. Your card is wonderful, Melanie! Such a happy stack of snowmen and I love the bird ornament, too. Thank you for joining us at Color My Heart Color Dare #473.
