Send a Smile 4 Kids – Love or Valentine

Hello and Happy New Year! Today I have a card to share where I am a guest designer at the Send A Smile 4 Kids Challenge. If you are not familiar with their program, there is a group of wonderful volunteers that help coordinate the collection and distribution of hand made cards for children who are hospitalized. Please visit their blog for all the details.

The challenge runs monthly, and this month the theme is “Love/Valentine’s for a Kid.” I knew right away that I wanted to use this stamp from Newton’s Nook and paired it with some patterned paper in red and pink. I used a mini-slimline die from Spellbinders, which I thought was a regular slimline size when I ordered it, luckily the mini-slimline size is a lot of fun to work with too!
