Double Trouble #121

I hope you’re ready for a new Double Trouble Challenge! We’re starting this Monday with challenge #121, and this is my card to get you inspired. The only requirement is from Thing 1, which is to use something die cut or punched on your card. If you wish to take it further, Thing 3 is looking for the use of a wood or woodgrain element on your card. Finally, if you’ve done both of those Thing 2 is asking you to link up with our partner for this challenge, Use Your Stuff #467.

The idea for my card came from a video I watched by Jennifer McGuire, which you can find here. I happened to have the die set that she used and really wanted to create my own version of the cards she demonstrated. I used the colors from the challenge at Color My Heart Color Dare #513 (used the mink and charcoal for the background/base and decided to use the rest of the colors for the dogs!) I used silver ink to stamp the dotted pattern on the dogs.
