It’s already the start of May, and the last month of our spring themed challenge at the Four Seasons Challenge. You will have until May 25th to enter your card or project. The inspiration board below is meant to give you some ideas, however anything that relates to spring qualifies.
The start of my card was from some flowers I cut out with a Simon Says Stamp die using some alcohol ink scraps I had left from a previous card. I mounted them on a frame cut with a Spellbinders die (“Hemstitch”) and put that over the dark pink so the openings would show up. It still seemed a little boring to me so I found some paper for the background that brought some additional colors. I luckily had a Mother’s Day stamp that fit the white space perfectly as I just realized Mother’s Day is quickly arpproaching!

The Card Concept #174 – I was inspired by the colors from the photo, as well as the floral theme. The style of this card is clean and layered, even though there’s not a lot of white space it still has fresh feel.

What a gorgeous card. I love those flowers…they add dimension but the card can still be mailed with one first class stamp!
