Krafty Chicks Challenge #620 – Christmas

Happy Krafty Chicks Thursday! Today we are starting our Week 2 challenge – “Christmas.” Just create any card or project that has a Christmas/holiday theme!

I used a bunch of scraps that were in my Christmas paper stash, cut in strips and then torn to different lengths for the background. The die cut is from Simon Says Stamp and cut out in white glitter paper. Finished it off with a sentiment strip I already had made that was waiting for a Christmas card!

This month we have Esther Asbury joining us as our guest designer, you can check out her amazing work at her blog, Shoregirl’s Creations. We hope you’ll visit her blog as well as the rest of the chicks:

Leanne – Banking on Crafts
Diane – Ink Outside the Box
Lori – Caffeinated Creativity

Happy Crafting and hope to see you join us in the Krafty Chick’s gallery this week!

Additional Challenges:

Snippets Playground #592 – Christmas in July (I used some random Christmas scraps that I cut in strips)

  7. Great Christmas card. Loving the torn ends of the patterned paper strips and the glitter paper die cut. Isn’t it great when you can use a previously made sentiment strip? I can typically never find them when I need them! LOL! Thanks for joining us at Die Cut Divas.
