Can You Handle the Pressure has a new challenge starting today! This challenge requires that you must use an embossing folder while creating your card. The theme is always “anything goes, ” however there’s also an optional twist you can play along with each time if you want. For this challenge the optional twist is “Easter.”
I started with an embossing folder from Taylored Expressions called “Braided.” The floral border is from a set by Pinkfresh Studios called “Lily Frame.” The coloring is done with stencils, although I left some areas white and did only some shading. The cross is from a Stampin’ Up set.

This is such a beautiful Easter card with the lilies surrounding the embossed cross, and I love the braided embossing in the background too. The touch of color added to the frame looks perfect.
How beautiful. I love the wreath of softly colored lilies against that lovely yellow embossed background panel. The whole thing showcases the cross perfectly. Well done, and great take on the challenge.
