It’s Festive Friday! We have a new challenge starting today, and this time our festivity is “International Children’s Book Day.” We used that to come up with ten items for our Inspo List, and if you would like to join the challenge just choose any 3 (or more) of those items to use on your card or project. Whether or not you follow the theme of the festivity is totally up to you!
I chose to use children, books, and patterned paper as my three items from the Inspo List. The images are from two different sets, one by My Favorite Things, which has been in my stash for at least 3 or 4 years, and the other from Mama Elephant. I did some coloring with Copic markers before I cut out all the images, and the chair was paper pieced with some patterned paper. The background is just two colors of ink, I used a piece of masking paper to divide it into the two colors.
