Double Trouble #54 and Crafting Happiness #43

Here’s my card for Double Trouble Challenge #54. I used a Stampin’ Up background stamp called Something Lacy that I got at least 4 or 5 years ago. I stamped it on water color paper with Versamark ink and heat embossed it with white powder. I then used ink refills with a wet paintbrush to randomly add color over the entire image. I used a punch to cut out 9 squares and glued them to my square card base.

Double Trouble challenges always have 3 parts, the only one required is given by “Thing 1,” however there is an extra prize incentive if you meet the challenges for “Thing 3” and “Thing 2” too! You can see the challenge prompts below.

My card is also playing in the challenge at Crafting Happiness Challenges. You can click here to visit their blog.

Thing 1 – feature a square or squares on your project
Thing 3 (Twisted Sister) – optional twist is to use a stamp that’s over a year old
Thing 3 – optional partnership with any past partner
