Worked on this Easter card for several different challenges, and to try a technique where you use oxide sprays on the inside of an embossing folder. What started out as two colors ended up with two more, and then I did a little sanding when it was dry because it looked too dark. Needless to say this is one of those backgrounds that you could never make twice!
The bunny dies are from Scrapbook.com and the embossing folder is from Taylored Expressions (“On the Spot”).

Those Bunnies are fab!
The soft pastel colors combined with the textured background make this Easter card truly special. The technique with oxide sprays and embossing adds such a unique and organic touch that perfectly complements the adorable bunny dies. It’s a lovely and inspiring creation!
A happy Easter card that reminds me of Peeps! I am so glad that you joined us at Double D Challenge.
Melanie… long time no talk with! Love your textured peeps! Love seeing you in the Just Us Girls gallery. Thank you! I seriously don’t know how you handle the design team load you carry. You are amazing! I wanted to let you know Adriane and I joined a new swap group, very well organized, and some very talented cardmakers. Reach out to me if you have any interest. All the best.
The little peeps are so fun and love the background you created! Great texture and color scheme!
Thanks so much for sharing at my Crafty Wednesday challenge!
