CAS Rainbow

Several challenges that I follow require a Clean and Simple (CAS) style for their entries. I think this definition from the Addicted to CAS challenge blog explains what CAS means better than I can.

The card I designed was to enter in several CAS challenges, but also one that had a prompt of “rainbow,” and another that required the use of a die cut. I started by using some dye based markers to make some swatches of rainbow colors, then went over them with a wet brush. When dry I used a die cut for the circles. I thought it needed a little something more so I punched some little hearts, and added a sentiment.

I would like to enter my card in the following challenges:

Addicted to CAS #185 – Code word “rainbow”

Krafty Chicks #508 – Clean and Simple

CAS on Friday #180 – Use a Die

Happy Little Stampers – Anything Goes with Dies
