“Cute Critters” is the theme of the new challenge at Always Fun Challenges.
I started by making the background using one of my favorite techniques- “smooshing” a piece of card stock into some watered down ink. I use mixed media paper for this. That seems to take the water better than regular card stock, yet unlike regular water color paper, it is thin enough to make flat for putting on a card front.
The rest of the card was just some stamping, coloring, and cutting, using stamps from Newton’s Nook.
