A Kind Word

Today’s challenge at Make the Cards (#10) is a color challenge, with a beautiful palette that is made just for spring! This challenge will run until 4/3. Please visit the challenge blog for all the details.

The three strips were die cut from a large background stamp that I got from Simon Says Stamp. I heat embossed it with silver then colored the tulips with Zig watercolor markers.

I arranged the strips by playing along in the challenge over at CAS Colours & Sketches #412. I wasn’t sure if I wanted to go with an Easter or spring sentiment, but these additional challenges inspired me to go with the springtime sentiment.
