You can use any techniques, supplies, images, or theme you want, just be sure that only the colors shown are the dominant colors on your card or project. The QUICK and SIMPLE details of my card: Background plaid stamp by Stampin’ Up, shells dies and stamps from Stampin’ Up, seaweed dies from Elizabeth Craft Designs, banner die from My Favorite Things, and finished off with some iridescent “bubbles.”
