Make the Cards Challenge #55

It seems like most paper crafters end up with a huge stash of patterned papers, so this challenge is the perfect reason to put some of them to use! At Make the Cards Challenge (#55) we are looking for cards or projects where you use at least two different papers. The gallery will be open for two weeks so you have plenty of time to join in!

I heat embossed the butterfly image (from Unity Stamp Co.) with gold. Then I went through my scraps and found two that were complimentary, and that I thought would look good with gold. I colored the butterflies with a pale shade of matching green, and cut a frame to go around them.

Joining in at the challenges at Allsorts (#676) – anything goes and using option of “add some sparkle”, Pammie’s Inky Pinkies #2220 – anything goes, Use Your Stuff #448 – Use a touch of gold, Dragonfly Dreams – butterflies and/or flowers, Try it on Tuesday – Butterflies
