Newton’s Nook – Loads of Love

My card was made with an older set from Newton’s Nook (“Loads of Thanks”). This set is actually more geared for fall, but in order to make it a little more appropriate for Valentine’s Day I did a little cutting and covered the pumpkins with some hearts! The design was based on the current sketch challenge at Inky Paws Challenge #189 and the colors from the TicTacToe board at Color My Heart Color Dare #531 (bottom row – glacier, bluebird, toffee + papaya).

Also joining in these additional challenges:

Heart’s Quest Challenge #22 – use heart shape and/or “love” + Valentine’s for a child or parent

Crafty Catz #620 – anything goes + option of a critter

I love how your creativity thought processes combined different challenge blog themes together! The colors work! The sentiment and image work! The puppies work! They all work together for a sweet children’s Valentine’s! Even older peeps will like this! Too adorable! Thanks for sharing at Heart’s Quest! –Becca/owner
