Today is the start of the new challenge over at Double Trouble! This time it’s our one week “Something, Anything, Everything” challenge – so all you have to do to enter is show us your latest creation.
The optional challenge by Thing 3 is to include something that reminds you of a summer picnic, either a food or drink, a checkered table cloth, or a bug or insect.
Finally, for an additional entry in the random drawing you have the option of finding a challenge from one of our previous partners to play along with. Check out the challenge post to see a list of all of them.
I chose to play along with the sketch at Try Stampin’ on Tuesday (#621).
I used all three of the picnic suggestions on my card, with an image from Newton’s Nook. This clean and simple card came together pretty quickly!

Like the use of the torn edges to interpret the TSOT sketch challenge, along with the little ants. What a cute image, looks lie he’s enjoying his watermelon… heading to fridge to get some for myself.

This is such a sweet summer picnic on a card. Those little ants being the scallop element is perfect! So creative. Love this 🙂
