Word Power Challenge

There’s a new challenge starting today called Word Power Challenge – here’s a good description for you: (I copied it right from the challenge blog!)

WORD POWER is a challenge blog focusing on using the many sentiment/word stamps & dies we all have in our crafting stash.  Our objective is to create projects that as soon as the recipient opens the envelope the first thing that catches their attention is the WORDS/Sentiment on the front. This can be a Phrase Sentiment stamp/die or a Single Word but if it’s a single word, it must be large enough to catch their eye!

For some more inspiration I looked at the colors from Color My Heart Color Dare #581 and used all four colors.

I also am playing along at Heart’s Quest Challenge #45 where the theme is New Year’s Day Celebration, and you must include the word love or a heart on your card and Make My Monday Challenge #216 – New Year.

  1. What a terrific conclusion your card is for merging these challenges! I like that idea of word power for bold print sentiments! The color combo is very refreshing too especially on a whole string of cloudy dreary days we’ve been experiencing in my area! Thanks for linking to Heart’s Quest! Appreciatively, Becca

  2. Brilliant, Melanie! LOVE that fabulous party die – perfect for New Year’s, and check out all the pretty sparkle, too! Love it! Thanks so much for playing at Make My Monday!
