Little Lovebug

We are starting the new challenge at the Alphabet Challenge, and we are on the letter “L” with a theme of “Ladybug.”

To get started I had a few other challenges in mind, the first was one that was bringing back the old rubber band technique. I have never done that before, but I thought looked fun and it was super easy. That’s what you see in the background.

I also wanted to join the challenge at Color My Heart Color Dare (#410) which was to use only red/white/blue on your card (other than the listed neutrals).

My lady bug is from a set by Honey Bee Stamps, and the sentiment I typed and printed on my computer. I then die cut the rectangle around it. The flowers are from a set of die cuts from My Favorite Things. I added a little shimmer pen to the lady but to finish it off.

I would also like to join in the following challenges:

AAA Birthday #17 – Animals/Critters

Aud Sentiments #259 – Anything Goes + a sentiment

Craft Rocket Challenges #74 – Baby/Kids

A Place to Start – Sept. Challenge – Children’s Card

Unicorn Challenge #58 – For a Child
