Birthday Keys

Today we have a new challenge starting at the Cardz 4 Guys Challenge (#275). This time the theme is “Keys.” I was lucky that I had just sorted through my 12 x 12 papers and found that I had one that would work perfectly for this challenge, so I set it aside (knowing if I “filed” it I may never find it again!)

The QUICK and SIMPLE details: The key image was stamped and heat embossed. I die cut that and mounted it on black. The background paper was mounted on gold glitter paper to give it a little more interest, so I used the same gold glitter paper for the “Happy Birthday” sentiment, which I mounted on a black shadow piece. Overall a very easy card to make, but with the gold and simple design a good choice for a guy!
