Sunday Flowers

There are so many different coloring mediums, but I have to say that my favorite is Copic markers. This new stamp just arrived from Technique Tuesday (I am enrolled in their monthly stamp club) and I couldn’t wait to see it in color! I did it in 2 different colors, one for this card, and one for another I’ll be posting in a few days.

To get started on the rest of the card I used a stencil and applied some embossing paste onto some kraft colored card stock. It has a kind of iridescent look along with some sparkle. I mounted the flowers on a die cut rectangle so I would have a place to add a small sentiment and to give the flowers a little bit of a background. I finished it off with a white twine bow.

I would like to join in these challenges:

The Flower Challenge #58 – add spots or stripes

Allsorts #633/634 – feminine

Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge – any kind of embossing

Sweet Stampin’ – Create your own background

Happy Little Stampers – anything goes with a stencil
