Not only is it the start of a new year, it’s also the start of a new challenge at Sparkles! We are on challenge #132 which has a theme of “winter scene.” This challenge will be open for the whole month of January so we hope you will visit and help fill up the gallery!

The QUICK and SIMPLE details: Unfortunately I have no idea who made the image, it is all one stamp. I put it in the center of a background stamp by Rubberneckers (“Snowflake Frame”). I heat embossed with white and used a blending brush with Distress Oxide “Chipped Sapphire” ink. I wanted the edges to have a little bit of texture so I used a distressing tool to rough them up a bit!
